I think we read the same article that referred to what your comment talks about. Don't know how much validity there is to that article considering the BSD error many were getting was a Java error if we aren't mistaken. Regardless, yes, both Ziphone 2.6c and above along with ijailbreak can take care of all iPod Touch's for jailbreaking.
