Altering Microsoft Vista's Programs List |

After spending some time altering your programs and adding what you deem useful, you may want to clean up your Programs List found in the Start Menu. This is generally much easier than assumed. Take a look for yourself below. In the original Vista Start Menu you can simply right click in the open area and you will receive a context menu. This menu provides you with options that pertain to the icon you are right-clicking on.
For example: These two print screens make up all of the programs installed on this HP at the present moment. Some of them may even look like programs but they are really just links to websites.

Did you notice that unsightly Ebay shortcut there? Removing it is a cinch, simply navigate there with your mouse cursor and right-click on it bringing about it’s context menu. Highlight “Delete” with the mouse cursor and left click delete it from the menu.
