HP Total Care Advisor - Backup

This is actually quite disappointing. You would think HP would go to a small length of making a great utility where users can really put the dual hard drive to effective use, but instead they rely on Microsoft’s Backup Tool, a Snapfish account to upload your photos, and try to upsell you cd’s, dvd’s and usb/firewire storage drives. Instead, HPshould have used this magnificent hardware why not build a raid system where this is automatically done for the user and it can be as simple as a hard drive swap.
