The first time you run Internet Explorer you will encounter some pop-ups that are important to for protecting your pc from malicious attacks.  After going through the Internet Connection wizard and clicking on “Browse the Internet now,” we notice IE7 open with the first pop-up referencing the “Microsoft Phishing Filter”.  Turning this feature on will enable web addresses that you are visiting to go through a quality check at Microsoft first.  No personal information is taken from you at this time.  We recommend highlighting the “Turn on automatic Phishing Filter” and then clicking “OK” at the bottom right.
